Return & Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that every PureAyre product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
• The product is unused, sealed, and returned in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging or tampered labels
• Free samples or promotional items
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

1. Email returns@pureayre.in within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, pictures of the product, and reason for return.
2. Our team will verify your request and share return instructions.
3. Once approved, please pack the product securely and hand it to our designated courier partner.

• Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes quality inspection.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (please share your account details).
• In case of partial returns, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a replacement, please return the product following the above process and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, report it within 48 hours of delivery at support@pureayre.in with images and unboxing video (if available).
