Thank you for shopping with PureAyre India! We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates.

We currently ship across India, through reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post etc.

We use FedEx for international shipping.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with a tracking number.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or local restrictions.

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies for orders below ₹999.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available at select locations with an additional ₹40 charge.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

• A tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.
• Real-time delivery status from our logistics partner’s website.

If your tracking number isn’t active within 48 hours, please contact support@pureayre.in.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

You can request re-delivery or a refund (minus shipping charges).

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

• Take clear photos before opening.
• Email returns@pureayre.in within 48 hours with pictures and order details.
• We’ll issue a replacement or refund after verification.
